There are several methods available online, in videos and tutorials, for getting a drawstring back into hoodies, shorts, and sweats. Most involve either a safety pin, thin-gauge wire, or some other piece of random obtainium I don't have on hand. I figured that the professionals don't fiddle around with these methods, and that there must be a tool available to do this. This is that tool. I was able to guide my drawstring through nylon shorts, where the drawstring channel was reinforced with elastic. The other methods would bind and snag. This tool (particularly the red plastic bit) worked perfectly. Took just a few minutes, easy as pie. Highly recommend.

I just used this the other day to help restring my swimming trunks. The tie string was coming out of the waist band and these tools made it very easy to fix that problem. Swimming trunks looked good as new! I’d say great price for all the items you get. Works well

I have purchased 2 sets from Temu and one set from Amazon, this set. The cheaper ones have come apart at the end where you pull & have pinched my hands so badly. These have held up. They are much thicker & you can definitely tell the difference. Make the right choice & get this product…..much more of a value for your money. Great product and easy to use.

I got this set mainly for the plastic drawstring threader which I find to be indispensable in any household that has a drawstring in their clothes. How often have I pulled something out of the washer or dryer only to realize that I forgot to tie the drawstring in a knot and now the drawstring is completely out of the garment, or half buried inside? The drawstring threader turns those problems into a very easy fix and I have used this type of product for years. Very easy to use and it gets the job done far quicker than trying to feed a drawstring through without it. This set is small enough to set near the washer and dryer, ready to be used. This set came with other neat tools that will prove useful to me such as the metal loop turners, locking tweezers, and more standard tweezers. This entire set arrived in a reusable zip top bag. The only reason that I took off a star was because in the package there are only directions for the plastic drawstring threader. Without looking at the description and pictures I would not know how to use the other pieces. A brief description of each product and how it worked would have been very useful. The price is, however, very good and each piece is about $1.

I've only used this once so far and I used the large pink thing to restring a pair of gym shorts. It worked out perfect and I wish I got something like this long ago to save older shorts.
