The color of this dish soap doesn't affect anything it's just for show, takes the greasy film off the dishes and pots and pans with damaging nonstick surfaces, smells like the original gain laundry soap which has an uplifting scent, foams up nicely into a thick lather that also cleans hands and under nails leaving hands feeling soft after using this dish soap. To use this soap as a cleanser for countertops or other hard surfaces. No leakage from the bottle until the top is pulled up to open.
