The concept of the product: genial.The outcome of the product: very weak.Reasons for being weak and ways to make it great:- the noise is very high; the music does not alleviate the noise; it should be noiseless or at least on a shooting noise.- the massage is the one I was aiming for and I am mostly disappointed about: on the hard mode, the massage is still very light, so basically ineffective. It has to have a higher intensity and also a power button for the customers to set the desired intensity.Overall: as the product is now, the price is not worthy and I would not recommend it to anyone. However, if the product comes with better features, as described, I would really be interested to buy it again.

So far, I'm not really impressed, the heat function does not work and has not once worked since I bought it. I suffer with dry eyes so that was one of the main reasons I bought it. It also it leaves terrible marks around my eyes. The massage itself is nice but not worth what I paid for it.
