There's a lack of product info on the listing. this controller comes with no additional thumbsticks, but you can easily put on any Xbox One controller thumbsticks (re: I insert a pair of stock, perfect) or order some from online. This is a basic black controller, but mine is has been working perfectly for a solid week and my only point of feedback is the bumpers are a little noisy compared to a stock controller. The grip is great, the trigger stops are great (they are adjustable, but this order doesn't come with the tool used to adjust the stops). If you are looking for a stock xbox one controller that comes with easily replaceable thumsticks, great grips, this awesome rubberized texture accross the face, adjustable thumbsticks, trigger stops, and 4 mappable hotkeys on the back, this is a good buy, but in essense, it is a stock Xbox controller with only those modificiations.
