Outstanding read for everyone!
As well recognized story teller to children, family, and friends, Nancy Bjerke has accomplished it once again. This is a story that builds on her initial book, yet is different. Nancy has matured and honed her author skills and talents. Each chapter teases you to read on and on to see what happens. Like the first Bluster's Shudder, the characters are vivid, the story is mysterious, the descriptions are alive, the reader is transported into the scenes to experience with all the senses. Nancy has a well developed imagination and is so willing to share with the reader. I love the inclusions of cats!My only disappointment is not with the author, but the publishing staff who seem to discard fundamental punctuation learned in elementary English classes. This makes it more challenging to read aloud properly and, as a frequent proofreader and author, I am distracted to take pencil and add the necessary commas, semi-colons, etc.Overall, an excellent read and highly recommended to child and adult alike.
