Great healthy option to snacks! You can taste the protein when eating them out of the bag but if you dip them into hummus, it’s not as bad. Definitely not as bad just as they are but they do have a little bit of a protein gritty taste in the end. But that’s also because they have 28g of protein in them!

Very satisfying. Delicious, crunchy and even though serving size is only 13 it is plenty to satisfy your need for crunch, flavor and hunger.

I’ve had bariatric surgery so I’m always looking for new protein rich snacks that aren’t loaded with carbs. The macros of these pretzels meet my needs.Taste - They don’t taste bad but they don’t taste like pretzels. I just got the salted ones. Maybe if they were saltier they would have more of a pretzel taste, but if you’re looking for something that tastes just like a pretzel these aren’t it. The wheat really shines through and the flavor reminds me of whole wheat toast.Texture - The texture is unlike anything I’ve had before. They are crunchy which is great because most protein snacks that I can have are soft and I’ve been craving something crunchy. I can’t find a protein chip that I like so I was excited to find these. They have a great crunch but they’re not as firm as a normal crunchy pretzel. They’re a little grainy and remind me of the texture of Biscoff cookies. It’s not off putting it’s just not what I expected.Overall, I give these a 3.5 out of 5. While you won’t see me just snacking on a bag of these by themselves because the taste is so so by itself, they’re really good dipped in hummus. Also, even though it’s still only an ounce, I feel like I’m getting a lot more of these than pita or flatbread crackers because these are smaller and lighter so visually you feel like you’re eating a lot. Plus you’re getting about 16 grams of protein in a one ounce portion so they’re a lot more satisfying than just having one ounce of pita or flatbread crackers with your hummus. I would buy again.

These are the best tasing protein pretzels I've ever had and I've tried a lot. They are so good. They are a bit expensive but so worth the money.

These are tasty snacks. For someone looking to boost one’s protein intake, these are a wonderful and flavorful addition to my attempts to improve that part of my eating dynamic. They also are quite filling, so one doesn’t have to scarf down an entire bag—so they’re efficient snacks as well. I like the Everything Bagel flavor—it’s not overkill in the seasoning—just right. These snacks are thicker than the “flattened” pretzel snacks out there, and don’t really taste like the drier traditional version, and I like that a lot about these snacks too. Healthy, tasty, and filling—a perfect snack.

Not bad, but not salty enough for me. That would make a big difference, I think. Would be good for those who like low sodium taste.

These are some of my favorite pretzels! I was introduced to the sea salt ones at Costco and fell in love. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find them since. Then when I saw this multipack, I had to order them. I am on a high protein diet and these are a great snack. One of these small bags will give me 3-4 servings. They are overpriced though and I'm sure I'll order again.

I have been looking for a snack that is high in protein, savory and crunchy - without that weird protein grainy texture. I will definitely repurchase this again.
