Pleased with my purchase holds everything I need on the go

i bought mine from the 'Best Gift company'. The bag itself is very good looking. It isn't the finest quality and I had the strap attachment re-done after it broke. The Best Gift Company were initially quiet on the matter, but after a gentle nudge in feedback, were a model of customer service. I like the bag, but wish it was a bit better made. It drops a star for build quality.

The issue is in the shoulder attachment. I had a smaller size and it lasted for a year but the bigger size broke after a couple of times we used the bag. I payed to return it as it was a gift. The second bag attachment failed right away. The bag without the shoulder belt is unusable in practice so even it is very nice the quality is poor.

its really good but only a little bit too big

I bought this as a gift. After 18 months of light use, one of the handle fixings has failed. It really hasn't been used very much at all and has not had anything heavy in it. Disappointing.
