In love! I’ve already made some delicious dressings with them that I look forward to everyday. Love that I’m also getting to experience and participate in a part of human history when I am partaking in this agricultural and culinary tradition from ancient groves. It’s kind of spiritual when you think about it. I hope they are preserved for future generations. Praying everyday for the hands cultivating the land. May god protect and watch over all of you. I’m sorry for what my tax dollars are funding in your homeland.

Fruity and not bitter
Great price for an excellent olive oil. It’s very fruity and savory, not acrid/bitter and rancid tasting like most olive oil brands I've tried, even popular ones like Colavita or California Olive Ranch. Subtle EVOO, very versatile - acentuate with Pommagranate molasses and yogurt fur fruitiness; Middle Eastern Pesto (Shown on video) for zest, or balsamic vinegar and toasty bread for floral.
