Bow Wow: A Bowser and Birdie Novel (Bowser and Birdie, 3)

Berney and Chet are quiet a pair. EVERY book is terrific.

I bought this for my daughter how needed a mystery book to read for school, and it was perfect! She loved another book by this author, Arf, so she had to buy another book to add to her book collection. She absolutely loved this book and the suspense it held throughout the whole story. She will definitely be reading more books by this author!

I've read all of his Chet and Bernie detective agency books and await their newest arrival. Thought I'd try the Birdie and Bowser series to give to my 12 year old granddaughters. I naturally read it before giving and found it to be as delightful as Chet and Bernie, and toned down a bit on language and situations, making it more suitable for children.

Birdie and Bowser find themselves in another great thriller, with narration enhanced by Bowser"a dog tails. Fun read for any age!

I like anything by Spencer Quinn. I have read all of his Chet and Bernie series and am current on Bowser and Birdie as well. I have already passed Bow Wow on to my 11 year old grandson. If you like kids and dogs, Bow Wow is a good read for all ages. As usual Spencer Quinn's carefully crafted plots keep me engaged and guessing right up to the end.

Another hit by Spencer Quinn. Good plot! The dog always wins our hearts.....who wouldn't love Quinn's portraits of his canine heroes? Gave the book to an 11 year old, and she enjoyed it immensely.

I love this series. I especially love the relationship between Birdie and her grandmother. I love to see how Birdie is growing up and learning about the big world outside her smaller one. Looking forward to her and Bowser having a big city adventure. Also would love to see a crossover with Chet and Bernie.

Enjoyable, but I prefer the adult books by the same author. There is not as much humor in these YA novels, but worth reading.

My daughter's love the books of this author have other books in the series.
