Item is easy to use, light weight and easy to store. It does an excellent job steaming out wrinkles on everything! It works well even on linen! It offers two steam options and is great for collars, cuffs, hems, pleats and creases.It was a good choice to meet all my needs. I still use my ironing board to keep my item exactly in the position I require it to be for professional results. I also on occasion use it while item hangs for quick touch ups.Love it !

This is a good unit, when it works. After only a few uses, it quit producing steam. I contacted Conair who suggested that I clean the unit. I used only distilled water so I don't think it could be clogged up only having used it a few times. The unit does not produce steam and gets only a little hot. Conair was quick to resolve the issue and sent me a replacement after I sent in the malfunctioned unit. I received the replacement unit and was told that the remaining original warranty would cover the replacement unit until October. The replacement unit quit working as well, after only a few uses. I have been trying to contact Conair again, but after a month, I have not received an reply to any of my multiple emails. I tried to complete the product support page again, however, the page continues to tell me that an error occured while submitting. This has been going for over 3 weeks and I still cannot submit the product support form or get any email response. Just totally disappointed. I like the unit and enjoyed using it when it worked. But it is worthless to me now since it does not work and I cannot get anyone to reply to my emails or submit the product support form. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. At this point, I am just counting my losses and will just order a new one from a different vendor. Not worth the hassel.

Seems like a nice steamer although I didn’t try it out. I was looking for a portable steamer, and while this can make nice creases, it was touted as being appropriate for travel. However, it is just too big for that so I bought @ different one. However, if I needed another steamer for my home this would probably have been my choice.

Heats up quickly produces a lot of steam. The fact that it opens makes it convenient to iron a lapel or a shirt cuff or just the hem of a garment. The steam chamber is small so I keep a large measuring cup of water close by when I’m using it overall Great value seems pretty well and irons well.

Worked for a month and now the steamer option is not working, I don’t know how to fix it

This thing is great if you don’t want a bulky machine or if you like to do your laundry in the living room. I keep it in my laundry butler and just whip it out for a quick steam on the rack. It’s convenient and small and just enough for what I need. I maybe steam or iron like 5 things a load so this is perfect. The water tank is usually enough for that unless the wrinkles are already set in. Then you might need to refilled it once. I haven’t noticed it leaking and it’s working as intended.
