Nice thick socks. I wish they were a little longer but they don't slide down so that's a plus. I'm not sure how long they will last though. I'd buy them again. Some reviews compare them to costco socks I've never tried those to compare. I can compare to wigwam king cotton and these are not as thick but close . Fast shipping as always with amazon.

Years ago I purchased a six-pack of padded crew socks made by "Head" at Costco. I used them for 8-10 years as my socks when playing tennis. The last two pairs are now starting to wear out. Costco no longer carries these socks and the alternatives they sell are much thinner and don't provide the cushioning I've come to appreciate. The mostly polyester/rayon/spandex socks sold today can be quite slippery on wood or laminate floors. These are not slippery at all as they are mostly cotton. I was thrilled to find these at Amazon. They are identical to the "Head" socks I purchased at Costco. Great padding for the feet on asphalt tennis courts. Very satisfied customer!

I cannot wear these with my existing shoes, I'd need a whole bigger shoe size in order to wear these. Also, I really don't think they cuff will stay up. These are going into the donation pile for the homeless. I can't wear them. Not at all impressed with them -- I'll stick with Gold Toe Ultratec for socks with extra cushioning.

These seem identical to the Costco socks I used to order. No longer available at Costco or anywhere else until I found them here. Very happy. I ordered 4 more.

I just received the socks a week ago and have been wearing them for a few days. They felt too tight at first so I stretched them our with my hands. They feel better now. Not sure what weekly washing will do. But I did have 20 pairs of an earlier version and they were comfortable and durable except eventually after a year or so, holes appeared in the heels so I started throwing them out. Now down to a one pair so have reordered six pair.

High-cotton, low-elastic content feels good, easy to pull on and off without back strain, and most padded foot I've found. Only negative is that shoes now feel almost 1/2 size smaller... but that can be an advantage, too. As good as these are (and I do like them), these are STILL not replacements for the old Costco-marketed Russels (w/ the "R" on the toe).

Site said medium fit men size 9, they barely do. I would order large but don't want extra material stuffed into my shoes.

I like cushioned cotton socks for day wear, but had worn out the socks I had over a year ago and couldn't find replacements till I recently discovered these. The cushioning is quite good, they come in a variety of sizes so they actually fit nicely.
