This machine rocks! Freezes fast, dispenses easy. Definitely a learning curve about when is it really empty and the whole cleaning process. Not that it’s difficult, just could waste a lot of product if you didn’t pay attention. Don’t just trust the machine low level alerts, machine not really empty.

The ad is very misleading when it states good choice for commercial use, especially for bars, cafes, milk-tea stores, dessert shops, western-style restaurants, fruit juice bars, hotels, bakeries" The machine DOES NOT refrigerate in the hoppers. You can't cold hold the raw material. So if you and your county health department are ok with a dairy product sitting at room temperature then go for it. But if you need a machine that refrigerates the material until it is used then this is not the product for you. It also comes with a semi-useless users manual. The side was dented and one of the air tubes is cracked (plastic.) I have been in contact with the company, they are willing to take it back but want me to pay the shipping. $494.59 from Washington State to Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. So keep that in mind as well before buying this!

I bought this product for our concession trailer to speed up the serving of ice cream. We hand dipped all of our ice cream which took a lot of time. We can use this soft serve machine & save time, plus is a better ice cream. It is a very easy machine to operate & clean as well. Only drawback is that the machine is heavy, so once you get it in place leave it. In 65* outside temp, it made soft serve ice cream in less than 8 minuets. Very nice machine.

This machine from the start was problematic. First the user manual was poorly written. It seemed it was written for another model. After figuring some of it out we decide to run a few tests. The machine did make ice cream but motor stopped working and it warmed us with loud beeps. The only thing I could do was unplug it. We were able to get ice cream out and clean it and cleaning it was a nightmare! The machine did the same thing during cleaning mode, it would stop and a series of loud beeps until we unplugged. After this I called tech support through Amazon 4 times for help. Amazon customer service tried to reach out to the company who makes the machine with no success. Actually one attempt someone answered but after the amazon rep explained she was hung up on. The whole situation was very disappointing to say the least. I own a small business and need equipment to be reliable and more user friendly. The price tag was attractive at first, but you get what you pay for. in the end I was able to return the machine. Amazon was very helpful with the return process.

I really like this item. I hope that I am not speaking too soon. I only started it up to see how it function. It seems to be very simple and easy to use. The ice cream is delicious. In my opinion, it taste better than “Tasty Freeze”. Stay tuned, and I will fill you in when my ice cream season starts. This should be around May/ June.

This machine is what is listed in the description. It is big, loud and heavy. As described it weighs in at 230 lbs and isabout 2 feet square. When the fan is about as loud as my shop vac. It was also shipped freight, which took a while and it arrived with some minor shipping damage to the crate. The machine had a couple of small dents, but not enough for me to go to the hassle of making a claim.Overall the machine is easy to operated and works well. You put your mix in the hopper and a few minutes later you are serving awesome soft serve. I am satisfied with the machine but am give 4 stars because of the noise.

This is overall a easy to use and nice machine but it does have issues. First one, parts are hard to find and when visiting Vevor.com they sell so many different products its very difficult to find what is needed. Second issue is more of a major issue, The flavors seep into each other so basically its only good for one flavor at a time or your Vanilla will be Chocolate milk flavor by end of day. Third the machine will not keep up on a hot day or when the temp around the machine reaches 80 degrees or higher. Other than those three issues it a easy to use easy to clean machine.

When they say COMMERCIAL they mean it. This thing is heavy duty and makes a great soft serve. The only complaint i would have is trivial and it is that they wrap the machine in a white pvc film and there are some areas that it is hard to get it to come off. Ich habe die Maschine gleich ausprobiert und ein leckeres Softeis bekommen.Toll finde ich das die Maschine sehr leise ist auch wenn sie nach kühlt. Das Eis ist nach der Starten nach ca. 15-20 min fertig und in einer sehr schönen Konsistenz.Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert und dauert auch nur ca 10-15 min und die Maschine muss nicht auseinandergebaut werden, was ich sehr gut finde.VG Marcel
