5 stars because it works so well. Just wish the pills were smaller. BUT, I have colitis and do not absorb things well and was getting many leg cramps and palpitations, depression, poor sleep and many signs of magnesium deficiency. I started taking this about 2 weeks ago twice a day and feel MUCH BETTER. Wonderful product, no stomach upset and no diarrhea. It has actually helped with the diarrhea I was getting from the colitis. Will never stop taking this. Period.

I'm finding this to be an excellent product. I take it because I had a Triple Bypass back in early March and Magnesium is essential for a healthy heart.......No side effects at all........and excellent products which I will continue to use daily.......my husband is now taking it too. I highly recommend this product. Magnesium is for all ages (adult) too.....and it's Heart Healthy.........

There's no way that I would ever be able to swallow these huge pills. It's better to get a lower dosage and take more pills, than to risk getting stuck in throat.
