My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. It has helped my sleeping a great deal. with each an every day I take this product my level of sleep has increased, improved and the quality is very positive. This supplement has been a good addition to my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the clean ingredient list and clear labeling. The bottle lasts a while, which makes it a good value. Overall, it feels like a solid, reliable option, and I would purchase it again.

I’ve only been using it a week so a reserve the right to change my opinion, but thus far I’ve felt what I believe is a lowering of cortisol, which is what Ashwaghanda is said to do. It doesn’t help with sleep in and of itself, but does seem to help with the physical anxiety symptoms that come from heightened cortisol. (Note that this is not the same as something like social anxiety- I mean jitters/restlessness/inability to relax. I don’t know if this product would help with other forms of anxiety). I don’t enjoy the pills themselves. I find them a bit hard to swallow, and 3 is a lot, but for now it’s worth it. Also, the price is very reasonable.

I haven’t been taking them long enough to see the effect but I love that they are cheap to get. Minus one star because I have to take 3 of them per serving. Would love it if they can be 2 pills or even one instead of 3 pills but maybe that’s just how it is for Ashwaganda supplements

Warning! Do NOT taupe if you have hyperthyroid!!! Didn’t know this and had sever heart palpitations for 6hrs. Coming down now as I write this. Pr ally great stuff but again do NOT take if you are hyper thyroid period!!!
