Really convenient, ready in two minutes. Great for a quick breakfast or healthy snack. You might need to cook two packs at once if you've got a bigger appetite. I especially like the golden syrup ones because their just sweet enough. When I had the original flavour I found I added sugar which isn't healthy. I have them after the gym (along with a protein shake). I would highly recommend them.
