Reasonable replacement roasting pan for Breville air fryer pro
Clean smooth surface, likely will last. However, the rolled over edges are sharp & exposed where grasping in front or back could result in minor injury. I used a hammer to knock these edges in & this worked well.Newly obtained, so cannot comment on rusting or warping. I did wash & air dry it, no rust developed. Pan seems robust and of thick enough metal to last
