My Doc told me to try this for joint pain. It's cheap & I had never heard of it BUT, after 3-4 weeks of taking it daily, I Swear I feel better. I used to have to ice my hip Every night. Now I don't. Just saying... If you hurt, why not try it. I will keep buying these. I Love having less pain. It doesn't take it all away but, Wow. I'm a happy customer.

When I tried this, I don't think it worked quite as well as other brands. Definitely not as much as the Athlean-X; albeit it also didn't have as many ingredients - but it also did not cost nearly as much. But it was worth a try."You get what you pay for" came to mind.Maybe the batch I got had went bad, idk.
