Not 3/8"-24 as many have stated but are 5/16"-18. Otherwise, they are really nice knobs. Feel good in your hand. There is enough brass in there to drill it out and thread it 3/8-24 with a bottoming tap.

I used this to repair an old Black & Decker Sawcat circular saw. The original handle had cracked from age and use, I used this knob and slightly modified the threads to make a replacement handle. This knob is good quality and is just as good if not better than the original.

Really nice knob if 5/16-18 Thread Pitch will work for you. I ordered 3 different knobs & these were by far the highest quality. In my case the thread pitch doesn't matter because I am machining my own part I can just machine the right thread. Nothing wrong with the knob, just packaged with wrong label.

The ad says it is 3/8 x 24 threads. What I received was 5/16 x 18 threads even though the bag said they were 3/8 x 24 threads. I would have returned them but I need the knobs for a project, so I had to turn the 3/8 rods down to 5/16 to make them usable. Other than that they are nicely made. The MFG should check the bags to make sure what the label says matches what is really in the bag.

Exactly the same as so many other reviewers have reported, the ones I received are 5/16-18, NOT 3/8-24. Unfortunately, what I need is 3/8-24. Aside from being useless to me, they are nice quality, but that's not much halp when they won't work.I don't understand why Amazon or the seller hasn't corrected the description by now.

very tiny and cheap plastic and the brass insert wasn't 3/8x24 it is 5/16 thread just awful.

Do not buy!!! NOT - 3/8x 24 seller should not be able to sell things on Amazon I am not the only person this happened to I should’ve read the reviews before buying
