MAXXHAUL50948 2-Bike Hitch Rack – Platform Style Carrier for E-Bike, Mountain & Road Bikes – 2" Receiver, 66 lbs/Bike Capacity, Anti-Rattle, Hitch Lock Included

This is a really solid rack for a great price. Have only used it once but I wanted to get the word out. Will try and update more later.

1) Missing assembly instructions & could not find on WEB. Fairly easy to assemble after I saw yellow tape indicators where rails were to be. Missed putting sinch straps between square rail and wheel canoe before securing.2) Manufacture packaging and UPS delivery are NOT compatible! Item is a little heavy and both ends of box partly opened/seperated and were taped back together still open. Mishandling by UPS ended up with broken box and cosmetic damages to parts in box. UPS took 4 attempts/days to deliver. This has happened before with damaged boxes, not sure if multiple deliveries are cause or results of damaged box/item.
