I love the era book e reader love it it was just as described on the information and yeh its not just a book you can play games and all sorts and change the wall paper settings and ect was well surprised with it as was not expecting it to be as good as it is so glad I chose this era e book reader

Design: 10/10 Super light, really comfy to hold, and the side buttons make flipping pages so much faster and easier! Love it 💃🏽 Operating System: 10/10 It runs on Linux and feels super smooth. Dark mode is great, and I don’t have to fight with ghosting anymore (huge relief after my Boox experience). Updates are simple and everything just works without bugs. Boox vs. Era Color At first, I was set on the Boox Color because reviews made it sound like the screen was better. Big mistake in my opinion! I bought it, tried it for a day, and sent it back the next 🫠 Ghosting everywhere, the front light was pretty bad at night and also hard in outdoors what need hight bright screen to be able to read outside.. and the battery drained so quickly I had to recharge after just a few hours. On top of that, Android apps like Google Books and Kindle just didn’t feel good to use. The Era Color? Total opposite. The battery lasts way longer, the front light (warm/cold tones) is so much nicer, and the reading experience at night and outdoors is smooth. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find a library of classic books in 8 languages already waiting inside when I first turned it on 👏🏽👏🏽 Reading Experience Colors look great for comics and illustrated books! The lighting works perfectly for both day and night, and overall it just feels reliable and fun to use. Final Thoughts Switching to the PocketBook Era Color was the best choice for me. I don’t blame who chose Boox, but indeed need to be able to set up it well to have a nice reading experience. With my Era Color no frustrations, just pure reading happiness! 🙌

Cercavo da tempo un ereader che non fosse collegato a uno store. Avevo provato tolino con sistema operativo Android ed era stato un disastro. Questo lo sto usando da diversi giorni, gli ebook si caricano tramite Adobe Digital Edition (quelli con adobe drm) senza problemi, quelli che non hanno adobe drm vanno copiati come su una chiavetta usb. i colori sono buoni e la batteria ha un'ottima durata, considerato che io lo tengo acceso diverse ore al giorno. l'avvio è molto rapido. Molto soddisfatta anche per la gestione dei libri presi in prestito in biblioteca, che ultimamente col Kobo non riuscivo più a gestire.

I am really impressed with the PocketBook Era Color. The screen looks great and is very easy on the eyes, but what I love most is the access to libraries. I can easily borrow books from the Goethe-Institut Onleihe library and from my local library through OverDrive, which works perfectly. The audiobook feature is another big plus. I can just connect my Bluetooth headphones and listen on the go. The device feels good in hand, the interface is smooth, and the adjustable front light makes it comfortable to read anytime. A wonderful eReader for anyone who loves reading and borrowing books from libraries!
