Review: Looks even better than the photo - Absolutely delighted with this. It looks so much nicer even than the photos on Primrose's own website. It's not as yellow as some photos indicate, which we wouldn't actually have minded, but it's more of a grey colour and blends in very well with its location. The light makes it look so elegant in the evenings - one light is definitely enough as more would make it look garish. The water flows well although we had to stick the 'sponge' filter down at one corner as it had come loose, possibly down to our 1yr old playing with the water. Stone River isn't so noisy as to be intrusive but is very relaxing. I'd advise getting some algae cleaner to put in once a week (which we've now done) or you'll find it 'greens up' very quickly. We're keeping our 1yr old well away from it now too.
Review: EXCELLENT GAREN FEATURE - A section of my garden was turned over to a memorial garden for my daughter who died in April and the main feature is the cascading river water falls. It is certainly a lovely feature and well worth the money. Instructions not clear on build it so contacted the seller who sent a more detailed set. I believe most of their instructions were generic to all models and not specific for this one. Very easy to assemble when the actual drawing came through . Find the one light on the feature is not as bright and perhaps a light on each tier would have been better. I will change to a brighter light in the near future. All in all I am extremely pleased with the product.

**Q: The water is trickling in between the top and second tier, anyone else had this problem ?**
A: CLEAN OUT MAIN FILTER. WE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND WE MOVED THE PUMP INTO THE MIDDLE TIER (THE ONE WITH THE SMALL CAVITY) NOW WORKS PERFECTLY AS WE HAD THAT PROBLEM FOLLOWING THE GENERIC INSTRUCTIONS

A: It's mains powered.

**Q: How does the water stay clean? Does it have a filter?**
A: You need to add some waterclear liquid to it. It has a small sponge filter at the top but we have an issue with a small leak on ours whereby it keeps emptying itself so we may have to refer back to seller with it

**Q: Can you reduce the flow rate of the pump so that you get a gentle trickle of water? Thanks**
A: yes the pump has slots that you can turn
