Very thick and fit the garbage can perfectly. They’re more expensive than expandable, husky bags, but they’re much stronger. I will definitely continue to purchase. You can make them fit the can so you don’t see the white bag hanging over. Nice clean look. Value for the money.

Last year I bought a happiMess Edmund Kitchen Trash/Recycling Double-Bucket Trash Can from another online source; I've seen the exact same happiMess product under different names elsewhere. It has two identical buckets, one for recycling and one for trash, all under one lid. Unfortunately, I didn't know at the time what kind of bags to use... Since we had 'tall kitchen bags' already, we used those. They were the perfect height for each bucket, but twice as wide as needed. In other words, when one side appeared to be full, and we pulled its bag out, it was actually only half full. So we were wasting 50% of each bag we used, and I didn't like that. I went to the happiMess website and found the info I needed: use happiMess 7.9 gallon, type A trash bags. They sell the bags there, but ordering from Amazon was easier, so I did that. These bags are perfect! Perfect fit, no wasted space, strong, flexible, and easy to close by tying when you're ready to take it outside. The label is a little confusing as it says it has three packs of 20 bags, but they're all in the same box--which has a pull-out slit for one-at-a-time dispensing of bags. In other words, you're getting one box containing 60 bags. Great bags and I definitely recommend them!
