Serious reduction in noise
I installed this in my C6 ZR1 Corvette and was very pleased with the results (only in the rear hatch area). I have long tube headers, no cats and a Hooker muffler... It's stupid loud, to the point where you can't even hear what some one is saying while you're driving around. A lot of the issue was the drone distorting the sound and eventually giving you a headache. This took care of all of that, it went from (how my GF described it as) a 12 out of 10 loudness, to a 8 out of 10... it's still loud, but I'm not in pain and I can actually talk to someone or use my bluetooth to make a call. Also, you can tell that the insulation properties work great. It use to get really hot with even the windows down on a mild day, but now it's almost like a normal car, haha! I'm planning on finishing up the rest of the car with this just for that reason alone.

i can hear you now
i put this stuff in the doors of my '04 ranger. what a difference! when i close the doors now, they go ka-thunk instead of bang, rattle, rattle. i also put 80 mil butyl in the inside of all the sides, overhead and the back. plus some other similar stuff on the floor pan.i cut the pieces into smaller sections with scissors - working inside the door through the access holes - i mean "hole" singular - is a bit of a challenge. removing the speaker helps but only in that area. i cleaned the inside surface with brake cleaner on rags to ensure a clean surface and, so far (a few weeks), no sag, no droop, nothing coming unglued. and if you're contemplating not buying the application roller, think again - it's ten bucks and very useful. oh - and be sure to look/feel around in those inaccessible areas for sharp edges. yes, this is the voice of experience.the back of the material, the part you peel off to expose the sticky, is a plastic-like material instead of paper and thus won't tear while you're trying to remove it. good stuff. for me, the best procedure is to NOT remove the protective plastic sheet completely but to peel down a couple of inches just to get the piece into place. otherwise, it'll stick to something it isn't supposed to or, even worse, to itself.lets face it - rangers are made out of used wrigley wrappers. they're noisy. well, comparatively. this stuff will make your ears happy and improve the quality of your speakers. it mightn't give your ride the library quality of a roller, but it'll make a really big difference.oh - and don't forget the overhead and the floor board.

Installed on Bronco removable top.
Easy to install. Heavy than I thought. A box of these has to weigh 5lbs. Seems to stick well and can mold to contours.

Easy to install and deadens noise. MADE IN THE USA!
This product rocks! Much better than the leading national contender. Easy to use, easy to measure and cut. Sticks extremely well and holds up to TX heat. Not easy to remove if you mess up, but it can be done. I layered twice in the wrong spot and was able to remove the top layer and bottom layer stayed attached to the plastic wall I was applying too. One box didn't go nearly as far as I thought it would. Have to buy another pack.

This stuff rocks
I purchased this product to reduce noise and heat in the cab of my UTV. I installed the product on the plastic firewall between the engine and the cab. It's a heavy product and the adhesion is EXCELLENT. Also, it does a wonderful job blocking the heat and quieting the engine noise in the cab. I purchased more to complete the project and to insulate the floor boards as well. I have worked with other sound and heat deadening product and this mat from Vibro blows away the others on the market. To me, it's a huge bonus that it's made in the USA too. Yes, it's more expensive but so worth it if you want to do your project the right way.

Best soundproofing material I've used.
Used this to complete the soundproofing of a Titan truck between the overlining and the cab roof.Of the three different products used Vibro affixes and holds best. Wish I would have used Vibro for the entire truck.

Thick and good adhesive.
Very easy to work with. Thick, and provides good sound absorption. Met expectations.
