Great clean yam cream and it works! Hot flashes no more and helps with hormonal balance! I like this one because it's a thicker version but not too thick and not runny so it doesn't feel watered down!

I started using this because I had a hysterectomy, this has changed my life!! I can finally sleep through the night without night sweats! I have less anxiety, less irritable, my sleep has improved.
