It keeps liquids cold for an astonishing amount of time - see the pic of the ice remaining in my cup 14 hours after I last filled it - and I can anticipate it will retain a lot of this ice for another 6-10 *at least*, even through multiple refills.2. It’s very, very durable - the lid screws tight, and the flip stopper on top has *never* allowed anything past it when properly snapped in (see video). People continue to freak out when I vigorously dump it upside down in homes, stores and offices… and I’ll freak out it it *ever* fails!3. It fits very firmly in the cup holders in my car - the best fit / most secure mug I’ve used.4. An added bonus - something about which I hadn’t thought prior to purchase, but will be on my checklist going forward: the handle is not “enclosed” but rather it’s open on the bottom. I drink water constantly at home and wherever I am shopping: grocery, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc., and it’s always been a balancing act in the child seat to keep my mugs from dumping over. But with the Bubba Cup, I just slip the mug handle onto the wire frame and let it rest on the, kid seat… and voila! It stays perfectly in place and in reach!5. Because of the unique durability of this product, as well as the other points I’ve made, I have been going through my herd of insulated mugs and culling it significantly. The herd now consists of just a few cups / mugs I really like, and I can’t believe how many of them had been squirreled away… cupboards, closets, garage - even in my attic - a whole box of them! It’s shameful how much I’ve spent on them over decades, before I discovered Bubba!Drawbacks:1. The finish does scratch easily - but I’m not proud!2. It didn’t come as a 2-pack!TWO THUMBS UP!!

This cup is sturdy and resilient.....I have dropped it several times and the only damage thus far is a few small scratches. Best of all, it keeps hot things hot and cold things cold for more than 24 hours. Even ice lasts if you put that alone in.

I had a Bubba travel mug, 30 oz., that unfortunately broke. The cup cracked in the dishwasher. I had that thing for years. Alas, Bubba doesn't make that model anymore. I searched, researched and actually purchased several other brands of travel mugs. They all leaked and/or did not facilitate hot drinks well. Then I found this one. It is PERFECT. It is pretty much leakproof. I'm talking 99.9%. I fill it with hot water, put in two tea bags, lemon and honey. I screw the lid and close the flap (which BTW is rubberized and has an excellent seal). I shake the heck out it and then enjoy my tea. Maybe a drop or two will come out. I like this Bubba better than the one I had previously. I'd definitely buy this again.

I've been trying to find a good cup that keeps my coffee hot for hours. I found a Primula cup that works, but the company changed the manufacturing process and took away the screw on lid and made a push on lid that wont stay closed. I drive truck for a living, so my cup sloshes back and forth in the cup holder. The Primula cup slide to open lid was constantly sliding open and spilling. Out the window that cup went.Never mind the fact that the Primula cup doesn't come with a handle. This cup will keep my coffee hot for hours. I pour it at 3:30 a.m. and It is still warm at 9:00 a.m. It has a screw top lid that snaps closed so it doesn't leak when bouncing around in the cup holder. Sorry, no hole for a straw for your ice water.

This cup is huge and keeps cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot for a long time. My husband loves this cup so much I bought him a second one. We purchased the black one and after about 6 months the handle got a bit wiggly and the black is starting to come off and it is silver underneath... neither issue kept me from purchasing again tho, just hope the second one stays nice longer than the first.

I've had 3 and loved them all. I broke the handle off the 1st one after a couple years when I dropped it on cement. Wore the black finish off 2nd (still use it) The 3rd is still going strong. Although , I think I did something to it because usually never sweats, until now. Still love it - the size is 32 oz is great; the thermal properties are wonderful >9 hours in a 100 deg vehicle and the ice was still intact; and the handle is pretty great being open at the bottom and fairly strongly attached compared to other's I've had. But the feature that I love most is the tight screw on top.

This cup is a must have. My husband has bad arthritis bad in his hands and is unable to hold most cups or drops them a lot. This cup is fantastic, he is able to hold it and if he drops it the closed lid keeps it from spilling. This cup keeps things cold. It keeps ice in it all day/night long. I bought a few so he can have and keep his hot coffee hot an another while still having his ice water aside of him. I am able to have another clean to switch out when the cups ate dirty.

This has literally been the best mug/glass that I have ever had. It maintains liquid temperatures for an extremely long time and doesn't leave condensation rings everywhere. Some people have reported problems with the handle coming loose but I have had mine for over 8 months and the handle is still fine. Even if the handle DID fall off eventually I would continue using it - It's that good! It's also a nice big size, easy to clean, and the lid is a great design. Lid is nice and tight so even when I occasionally know it over it has never spilled a drop on anything.

Pretty durable travel mug. It holds around 4 cups and is perfect for keeping your coffee hot for most of the day. The seal is actually holds up and doesn't leak. The only real conplaint i have is that the handle kinda feels like it could use some more support, but its not all that bad.

Maybe I got a dud. The vacuum insulation didn't work on the get-go. Water was condensing all around the exterior with ice-water inside the mug, and it wasn't keeping the ice water cold for long.Reported the defective product and was promptly offered the refund by Amazon.
