Underworks Vulvar Varicosity and Prolapse Support Brief with Groin Compression Bands - 521

Amazing how great they are for bladder prolapse. I have been wearing these for a couple years now to help with bladder prolapse and these briefs help tremendously. I can do almost anything I normally to with absolutely no problem. I am older, late 70’s so I am not a candidate for surgery but don’t need it wearing these. I have both made of cotton and the nylon and like them both. I am 5’5” inches and weigh 155 lbs. Hip measures 41 inches iand get large which fits great and are comfortable. Also have a couple pairs of medium but like wearing the large best. My only complaint is the cost but worth it. Hopefully they might reduce the cost in the future. Highly recommend !!

Absolute life changer. It holds everything in and gives great support. It’s comfortable and worth every dollar because of the security it gives me.

I have an older model of these; they work great except for the thick "hem". These new ones not only exclude the insert that helps with pain and lift, they also have exposed elastic that is sharp and cuts. I had recommended these to my coworker who said they hurt. I thought she was kidding. The elastic digs into your skin! You can't wear these for an hour let alone all day! Manufacturer - please, fix this! You had a good thing going except for the hems. Cover the elastic with soft cloth like underwear. Lengthen the leg cuts again. I'm not trying to get fancy, I'm trying to not hurt. Put the inserts back or include a thick cloth of sorts. I'll test them for you.

This is actually the only product I found that provides the support I need, right where I need it. My only complaints are 1. the drawstring is worthless and annoying, I cut it out. 2. This company needs to make a high waisted version. No matter what you do they tend to dig in at the hip. The boyshort style is more comfortable but still needs to be a higer waist.

Finally! A product that does what it claims. These are actually quite comfortable. They are not bulky under clothes, although when I took them out of the package they looked like they would be. They wick away moisture too. The first day felt crampy in my lower pelvis as my body got used to having its organs where they belonged. Holds the prolapse in very well.(mine is severe) no more afternoon heavy buldge and the groin pain is gone as well. If I could give it a ten I would. The con is they don’t air dry very quickly but I’m buying several more so no big deal. I bought the shorts style as well and I like them equally.

Love these briefs. They work for me, they do what they say. Support for me is top notch.

These panties are very comfortable, have a lot of padding in the groin area and the bands seem like they would provide some gentle lift. However, even with pulling the drawstring tight, it doesn't provide the lift in the groin area that I need. I am going to try to take the waist in on my sewing machine and see if that makes a difference. I have a pair of Spanx that I haven't worn for years that provide the same amount of support.

I am going on week 5 post op from pelvic prolapse surgery and these are totally amazing. They help with the awful pressure and pain in my pelvic area.

I am pleasantly surprised how comfortable these are. I don't like tight underwear, but I can wear these all day. They are a nice fabric, and the support from front to back does the job of supporting my prolapse, and they enable me to walk with comfort again, they bring a lot of relief to my condition. I'm a size 14 (UK) and the Large size is perfect. I bought them in black - my only disappointment is that because the black, large size is the most popular, the price is hugely increased at around £15-£20 more than the small, XL, XXL or 3XL which I feel is very unfair - I feel a tad exploited by the price increase just because my size is the most popular. I'd like another pair so might get a medium as they are cheaper.

Stützt unwahrscheinlich gut, ich müßte eigentlich einen Pessar tragen, aber das ist mir nichts. Deshalb dieser Versuch und ich bestelle mir gleich eine zweite dazu. Immer wenn ich raus gehe oder Sport mache oder mein Kind viel tragen muss, unterstützt mich der Slip sehr.
