Our dog, Hazel, had TPLO surgery last week. She wasn't eating or drinking much. Her nose was getting dry and we were getting concerned. With a TPLO, it is mandated they must wear a cone 24/7 for two weeks. Hazel is not a fan of the cone. Besides general discomfort, the cone presents problems of its own for eating and drinking.If we sprinkles a little Bada Bing! Bada Beef! over her (formally untouched) food-she gobbles it up! Most exciting though, is what it does to water! We are still experimenting, but if we add about half a teaspoon to 8 oz of water, suddenly it is transformed into water Hazel can't wait to drink, and all of!This last week - has been horrible, but we're getting through it and this product is a big help! Absolutely recommend!

We get Barkbox for our doodle. And he loves the treats. However, he is a picky eater. Recently they included a small packet of this product in his Barkbox and for the first time gobbled up his dry food after I sprinkled it on top!

When I first used this as a topper for my pup, she ate her meal quick but after the 2nd or 3rd meal, she didn’t care for it. I won’t recommend this as a topper for dogs if you want to entice your pup to eat their kibble.

My dogs are very picky so I’ve been trying for the longest to find inexpensive products to help boost their meals. At first they gobbled up the food with the topper but after a few days they no longer were interested. Maybe it’s just my dogs being picky. I don’t know, but I think this might be a one and done situation for them

Got a sample of this product in a Bark box & now our older dog likes having it added to the top of his food daily.

This stuff is great, my dog loves it! Only 2 ingredients and makes feeding time so much easier! Little sprinkle goes along way, highly recommend for those picky eaters.

I have a 5lb yorkie-Pom-chi and as a senior he has become picky about his food.I’ve taken him to the vet and he is perfectly healthy, he just wants people food.We feed him expensive canned dog food for his breed, age and needs and he wastes it often by just letting it sit on his plate and dry out before he reluctantly gives up and eats it. I can’t let him eat it if it sits out too long because I don’t want him to get sick so it’s this vicious cycle of me putting food out, him snubbing it, me throwing it away.I needed some kind of topper to entice him into eating it.His favorite thing is cheese. He comes running when he hears us open the Mexican shredded cheese. He can’t have that tho, it gives him bubble guts.This powdered cheese topper is giving him just enough “cheese essence” to get him to eat his food. It’s not 100 percent foolproof. He still lets it sit, but not as long and sometimes he eats it right away. I’m seeing an empty plate more often than not, which was the goal. I may try the other flavors to mix it up because I have a hunch he thinks he should get a variety of foods like we do.Edited to add: we got him the ham sprinkles next and he likes that flavor even more. I will update how he likes the other flavors when we try them but we are really happy to see him eating more regularly. He has had no ill effects, we do use less than is recommended on the bottle.
