It saves WiFi bandwidth and uses the better Ethernet latency. A Netgear GS305EPP PoE switch allows to just have a single cable (the Ethernet RJ 45 cable) for both audio video tranmission (I am using the NDI protocol capability) to this Obsbot Ethernet to USB-C adapter. My MEVO Start can be selected as video source in my Visio conferences (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom etc.). Configured in 2 minutes (switch off NDI on the Mevo Start, configure Ethernet, then switch NDI ON back again… done).
