Review: Does not work! Trash - This heater doesn’t work, I took months setting up my pool and ordered this so my kids could swim in warmer water. Took about a month till I could hook it up and it does not work. The plugs are in correct way. I even tried to google it and mine doesn’t work. Tried to contact desertcart for refund but it’s past the window. Total BS and stealing money. My buttons don’t even work once it’s on, it does nothing I can’t even toggle up or down. I tried to YouTube but the ones online don’t even have the same panel as the one I got, so I have nothing to assist,

This heater doesn’t work, I took months setting up my pool and ordered this so my kids could swim in warmer water. Took about a month till I could hook it up and it does not work. So I bought an expensive heater that lasted a year. It had more issues with the pool and the pump that it was always hit or miss on whether the water would be warm. Needless to say it broke this year and was going to cost as much as just buying a new one. I found this while searching and was half the price. It has been wonderful. The water has maintained a nice warm level even with my pool being mostly in the shade.
