These are the cutest shorts and for the price is fantastic. The fabric is on the thinner side . Overall recommend. Run true to size.

For reference I purchased the low-waisted, blue/white striped pair with the two buttons. I’m usually a size S/M (26-27/4-6) in bottoms. Since I wasn’t sure about sizing, I decided to size up so they’d be baggier/looser.I knew this product could be a huge miss because the reviews were iffy and the price point was low. Also, I’m pretty sure the product images are taken from Brandy Melville’s website. Anyway, the product I received was VERY high waisted with a tight elastic band around the waist, so even if I wanted to fold the band over to make them more low-rise, the band was unflattering around my hips.As for the quality - it’s actually what I was hoping for, kinda that papery and thin beach/lounge short. I guess they’re a big see through but they’d be fine with neutral underwear underneath, so that wasn’t an issue for me.I don’t hate the product, and I might keep them, but they’re certainly not what’s depicted by the product image which is pretty disappointing.
