No support after placing order
I placed an order for aquaultra. They said I would receive it in a week. The week extended to many weeks and the service team was impossible to get through. My many messages to them received a reply saying the item is with the courier in your city and should reach you soon. I finally gave up . Order advance lost and also a lot of time wasted . If at the order level the support is such , imagine what will happen once the item is installed and they don't service it !
