Good quality bins!
Multiple uses for these. Purchased for bulk rising sourdough. But can be used for food storage as well. Good quality, tight fitting lid, and durable.

I was disappointed these are rated 5 for food safety and recycle.Great size. I have used the largest Cambro containers for well over 20 years. Great products.

Sourdough Proofing
I started making sourdough bread from scratch, and these have been a game changer for me. I put my dough in these to see when they have doubled in size, and are ready for shaping, and final rest. Super easy to clean and are very durable. Will get some bigger ones to start storing my flours.
