My Sourdough Class instructor recommended this product. I bought a pair as it was a good price. I was wondering what I would use the second container for as only one was needed for the sourdough. I quickly figured out that the bread flour bag fit perfectly in the second Cambro container. The lid fits tightly, and the containers seem to be very durable.

Great product, I love cambro stuff, however you can get these for like half the price at Sam's club.

These are great for what I wanted them for but so much larger than I realized! They are working for allowing my sour dough boules to ferment and rise with great measurement markings to see exactly how much it has risen.
