Product Description Vitamed Vitamin B compound strong (28 tablets) food supplement contains the active ingredients Niacinamide, Pyridoxine, Riboflavin and thiamine, which belongs to the vitamin B complex group of vitamins. Deficiency in some of vitamin B can result: swelling tongue, mouth or lips swelling of nerves which can cause pain, tenderness or loss of function and growth of new blood vessels in the eye which can affect vision. The effects on the heart which occurs in beri beri (a condition caused by vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency). the effects on the skin which occur in pellagra (a condition caused by Niacinamide deficiency). Ingredients Filler: (Microcrystalline cellulose), Emulsifier: (Maize starch), Niacinamide (Niacin Vit. B3), Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) coating: (Opadry QX brown: polyvinyl alcohol graft copolymer, Talc, Iron dioxide red, Iron dioxide yellow, Titanium dioxide, GMCC Type 1 mono/di glycerides, Polyvinyl alcohol-part hydrolysed), Emulsifiers: (Cross carmellose sodium, modified starch – Sodium starch glyconate), Anti caking agent: (Magnesium stearate, Povidone K30), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Anti-caking agents: (Colloidal anhydrous silica, Purified Talc), Purified water.

My hands have been poor for a while now but this thiamine has totally changed the feeling I have used some before but this is so much better .

It's the real deal
I've put 5 star for the flavour, however, we know vitamin B tastes yuck but you know you're getting the real vitamin B because of that taste... I've notice a slight increase in energy, however, I'm down with chronic health problems at the moment hence it being slight.. Mood definitely gets lifted by this little tablet which is why i purchased it and being a long-term user of vitamin B complex I know it works for me... 💜
