Warranty and Older Model Scam
I had purchased this laptop in April 2025 and I got to know that the laptop has been already activated in March 2024 along with its one year warranty which is going to end next month in May 2025. The product here had mentioned one year of warranty included. Please look into this and provide us with the one year of warranty that was as promised or else a strict action will have to be taken.

BACKPORTS ALERT: Black screen issue
Major flaw of the laptop -This model has ports in the back unlike what's shown in the picture. There's an issue with the placement of the hall sensor that has caused many of these models to not wake up when the laptop lid is opened up.Please beware of this and try to not buy this model.

Good one
It is good one but it's mother board was defective within 15 days and replaced by HP service centre. It took one month for replacement at Delhi as same was not readily available.

Received older version.
I found the older version of this laptop. The new model doesn’t have ports at the back, but this one does, and the manufacturing date is March 2024. The seller is falsely showing pictures of the new model but delivering the old one.
