You will have to cut out the seal in the fitting, but this is very easy to do. This is my 2nd one, have a 10 gallon on the way also. I had ordered a 35 gallon a few months ago. The price is resonable. It says its made in the U.S.. this tank might have missed qc as i see a piece of plastic hanging inside one of the 1/2 inch holes but thats fine ill take care of it. It has 1 1/2 inch option which i like. If i need it, i can cut the plug and its already threaded! The construction is sturdy and it doesnt cave in. I have no leaks so far.
