Pilates Spine Corrector, Pilates Arc, Step Barrel for Spine Exercises

My ex had one and when we broke up, I immediately purchased my own. As a middle age male I must say that the stretch is beyond anything I have ever tried. I did Palates once in my life and I use this everyday. Definitely worth buying.

I had tried this Pilates Arc at a Pilates class and loved the feeling, so I bought my own. If you look around the Amazon site, you'll find all sorts of prices, so I found the lowest one, which seems to be identical to the expensive ones. Very light weight, great for back stretching and ab work!

The arch is way to steep to lay on and my clients and I all hate it. It is gradual enough a the arch transitions from the lip (the piece that detaches) up towards the peak height of the barrel.

We had reviewed several different spine correctors and this one is made well and is easily cleaned.

It is the same style as my Pilates instructor uses. It has helped me a lot with the flexibility of my back.
