Great mug warmer
This mug warmer is so much better than the Mr. Coffee warmer I had. Very thorough instructions. I like the choice of temperature control and timer. Would highly recommend.

Nice for price, but may be worth paying a little more
Pros: Nice glass surface with textured ring to keep mug from sliding, and smooth wooden perimeter. Cons: The heat settings are very high – even the lowest setting will burn coffee quickly as the coffee level gets lower. Also, the medium setting (purple color) is difficult to distinguish from the high (red). Lastly, an auto shutoff option of 2 hours would be more appropriate as 4 could burn your drink dry.

Great product at a great price
Great product, very functional with the anti-scalding cover and 3 temperature settings. Also sturdy and practical.

It's ok
It’s a basic mug warmer, with the added feature of auto shut off, which I appreciate. The shortest auto-off time is 2 hours, and goes in 2 hour increments up to 12 hours. I can’t imagine why anyone would want this on for 12 hours, even if using it as a candle warmer. When you turn it on it is always set to 4 hours, so I have to skip through the options until I get back to 2 hours each time if I want. It also comes on with the temp set to 170, and you can take it down to 150, then 130, then off. My last mug warmer went to 180, so I’m a little disappointed this one doesn’t get at least that hot. It helps, though, so it will be used until it stops working, I suppose.

Works fine
I spend probably 90% of my waking hours in my garage doing projects for my work. When I'm not doing those I'm there doing other things for myself. Basically, I live out in my garage. When I go out I very often have a cup of coffee with me and I end up setting it down, getting preoccupied and when I finally do reach for the cup it's often cold. This warmer does a great job of keeping it nice and warm on those cold mornings. I like that it defaults to a pre set time period and shuts off automatically so I don't have to worry if I forget. It does have temperature settings, but honestly, I just want it hot so I don't really mess with that. The rubber pad that is included has me confused. I wasn't sure if I should leave it on when the thing is on or not, the only thing that gave it away that I could leave it on is the little graphic indicating that it might be hot. But to be honest it insulates the heating pad and keeps the cup from getting or staying as hot as it could be. It's not really mentioned in the instructions, so I'm not sure what the point of it is. I just put the pad on to protect it when it's not in use, and take it off when it is, and my cup stays a lot warmer. There should be a note about it in the instructions, but it's a minor thing.

Consistent temperatures - my coffee is perfect for hours !
This coffee warmer from the Ruishehua Store keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature. I use a tall 17 ounce high handle mug. On high which is 170°, it keeps my coffee the right temperature when it is full to just under half full. When it gets below half I switch to 150 degrees and then if I still have any left at a quarter cup or less I try to remember to drop it to 130. At a quarter cup the 150 degree setting is still manageable without getting burnt but a little hot in my opinion.Operating this warmer is easy with the settings ranging from 2 to 12 hours and the three heat settings as mentioned above. It also includes a silicone mat to cover the heating area when it’s turned off and is still hot.The only improvement I could suggest is a teflon mat the same size as the silicone mat that would be removable and cleanable but not prevent the heat from reaching the cup. The heating surface over time gets worn ( for the sake of comparison, based on previous warmers I've owned ) I’m referring to the type of mat that goes in the bottom of the oven to catch drips and is not much thicker than a piece of paper. This coffee warmer also came beautifully ready to gift. And it would be an amazing idea for a coffee sipper in your life. Many people gulp their coffee and don’t need a warmer. I sip my coffee for 4 to 6 hours so a warmer is the only way to go. Even a person that makes their coffee last 30 to 45 minutes would appreciate coffee warmer on a daily basis. Or someone that tries to drink coffee at work but is always getting called away from their desk, would enjoy it as well.I hope my thoughts, opinions and photos help someone trying to decide if a coffee warmer might be a good idea.

Basic mug warmer. Does the job. Not complicated
Not a bad warmer. Comes nicely packaged with instructions. Not that you really need instructions, it's pretty easy to figure out. There's only a couple of buttons to press after all. One button will cycle through the three different temperature options and the off position. The other will adjust the auto shutoff time. The default is 4 hours. My last warmer had a sensor where it was only on when the weight of a mug was on it. I prefer that option to a timer, but at least this will turn itself off eventually and not present a fire/burn hazard.Overall I like it. The make it or break it for me was that it fits my oversize mugs.. barely, but fits.

What everyone needs
I had never used a mug warmer until recently, and I love mine so much that I ordered this one for my husband. This one has several really great features. First and foremost, I would not ever get a mug warmer unless it has a safety timer. That is not only smart, but it is peace of mind. I also like the silicon mat. You can place it on your warmer when you're done with it, and even if the warmer is still hot, it is much safer with the mat -- very nice addition. This is really a great gift. It is personal enough to show you care, but also impersonal enough to be a good office gift or a gift to take to a group/club party. This mug warmer is also very versatile. The product page shows so many uses, but it also would be great with small sauces that need to stay warm, like when you have a buffet for guests.Again, a great gift -- a person might not realize how useful it is until they've had it a while, but when they do use it they will be so grateful that they received it.
