Wore these while hiking 20 miles through some rocky cactus-ridden hills in Colorado during an elk hunt. They held up and kept cactus spines out of my feet and legs. Luckily, didn’t see any snakes. I’m 6’ and 230lbs. They fit very well on me and my Rocky combat boots with plenty of room for adjustment. Surprisingly, the rubber straps on the bottom held up against scaling sharp rocks. I was skeptical when I first bought them but happy I did. Would purchase again.

So far so good. Didn’t run into snakes, but sure did protect me from thorny vines and thistles!

Absolutely worth the money! I use these for weed eating. Not one cut from goat heads, everything bounces right off the guards, fully protecting the shin and calf area as the guard wraps all the way around with velcro+clips. As a bonus the guards also cover the front of the shoe and have straps that hook around bottom of shoe to secure guard stays in place. Brilliant design.Great job, boys!

These worked great! Felt like wearing motocross boots, but with the movement of hiking boots. I wore them most of the day everyday out hiking without issue. Highly recommend getting these!

They do not stay in place even though velcro seems strong. They slow me down but I will keep and use when I use my weed wacker. Waste of money.

Easy to put on. Durable. My husband doesn't mind wearing them for protection. Didn't know if he would wear them, but he has. Bought some for my son-in-law, too.

Comfortable, easy to set the straps for under boot and around calf fit. Very sturdy!
