Hi Guys, Let me tell you that the product is amazing and working very well. Exceeds expectations. Just a word of caution on installation team. You’ll get some installer asking you to pay Rs 3,000 for a 10 feet exhaust pipe, which is not right. Avg cost of a 10 feet of exhaust pipe is 899 only. This a proper scam which the installation team is running, not sure if the manufacturer is aware about it. I tried putting my point on the exhaust pipe cost, they forced me to give it in writing that I take responsibility of the damages and asked me to give letter that the company doesn’t entertain any claims in future. This is extorting customers. Pls be mindful of what you speak to installers before they come to the site. Thanks Sai

Using the Chimney for last 3 days . Remarkable performance with very good suction capacity. The gesture control is functionally good. For speed 1 to 3 the noise level is bare minimum and it gets progressively more as you raise the speed level. Only point of concern is the oil collector tray is opaque and as a result one cannot see if it is filled up or not . Besides fitting the oil collector tray with the chimney is not smooth (might be due to some small inherent issue.) Overall I am satisfied with the product and the installation process. Hope to give a more detailed review after utilising it for more than a month.

The product is ok but the servicing is too pathetic. In my case I raised one request for servicing and after escalating this also no steps are taken in last one month. Customer care support is also not good as they are not taking the feedback they are only notifying the service center and that is not making things happen and they are telling that I should call the manager directly and talk to him. It’s not easy and it’s too pathetic experience for me. If you are thinking to take chimney please don’t take this brand product. It’s not worth it. Maybe only in Kolkata the servicing may be ok but outside Kolkata it’s too pathetic.
