I love the book! There are spiritual tips and insights that has really helped me in my prayer life. The book is quite small compared to my big hands so I may have to adjust every now and then. overall, I'd recommend buying it if you want something to supplement your prayer life

It is small but we'll laid ouuut

So I have been on the edge of my seat anticipating the arrival of my Battle Plan Prayer Journal. When it finally arrived & I burst open the packaging shock & disappointment replaced excitement & anticipation. The journal was so small (about the size of a passport) it literally took my breath away & for that price plus p&p, I could have bought an regular sized notebook & got change. Yes the measurements are there in the description however when pictured beside the accompanying book they are shown to be the same size. All im saying is if you have large writing or write a lot (which I do) then this is probably not for you. So sadly I'm returning mine, it's a good idea but needs to be bigger 😞

I did not realize just how small this book is. I was expecting a diary-sized book and this is a "mini" size / pocket size, so was a bit disappointed. However, I am thankful for Mr. Kendrick's anointing and vision. He is a huge blessing to my family!! Yes, despite its size, I would recommend this to everyone - stick it in your pocket or purse so you can quickly jot down those scriptures, prayers and words from the Lord.

I find this to be a wonderful lesson plan. There is so much to learn and absorb I am going to be rereading it several times I am sure. This has been one of the best investments I could ever have made to help strengthen my faith and prayer life. If you have not watched "War Room" please do so this movie gave me the inspiration to purchase this book which is a purchase I will forever be happy I made..

The measurements were probably given but the journal is much smaller than I anticipated.Although it has many blank pages for writing in they are small for those who write big.Also, the way the thoughts are ordered is a bit confusing. It is usable but I was disappointedin this journal.

This book is nice and compact which is great! I like to throw it in my purse when I head to Bible Study so I can add prayer requests. The only negative is that the line spacing is very small so I have to write very tiny:)

A lovely prayer journal!

Things you'll want to know...1) This book is quite small. It's designed to fit in a pocket so you can pray anywhere. See pic- the book is smaller than my hand.2) What's inside: a few introductory pages with quotes. Then largely prayer request pages (with dates, and a check-off box for "answered") paired with plain-lined "answers/journaling" pages.There is one page each for the days of the week, so you can organize prayers by Monday topics, Tuesday topics, etc.There are four pages scattered throughout the request pages explaining the classic ACTS prayer concept.At the end, there are a few more prayer ideas. The book concludes with an explanation of salvation.3) In the rear of the book, there is a pocket. Great place to stick prayer request slips of paper, but definitely too small for a church bulletin. Picture it as the size of a traditional funeral program.4) There's an elastic band to hold it closed. Weirdly, it's black. I have no idea why they didn't color coordinate it with the journal.5) There's a ribbon to keep your place (which is brown). Probably just like the one in your Bible, glued or sewn into the spine.6) The title you see on the front is a paper wrapper that comes off. Underneath is a monochromatic brown journal with a border beveled in and the "crosshairs" symbol from the movie The War Room.Other impressions...It's classic looking and sturdy. I think it will survive pockets and purses.You'll need to write small! There are seven horizontal lines for journaling per inch. If you need reading glasses, this might not be the journal for you. I also wish there were a place for a small pen or pencil, so you could keep them together.It's a good journal. It probably meets the needs of the purchaser who is looking for a place to keep prayer requests.However... if you saw the movie, how the lead character was journaling long prayers and copying Bible verses, this book is not for that purpose.If you're looking for instruction on that kind of battle strategy prayer, I'd recommend a different resource. Priscilla Shirer's Fervent book (also from the movie) is excellent. Paring it with a regular journal notebook, in regular size with just lined paper, would work.I give it four stars because it won't be the answer for every believer, but it is a good "little" journal.

Bought as a gift for a friend - but loving it so much, I will need to get one for myself too! I noticed most of the reviews were complaining on the size and some posted images.. that's for the stationary size. I purchased the large size and its perfect. It's not a full size notebook, but if I had to compare it to something - maybe a little smaller than the average bible. Perfect size for journal-ing on the go, but not so small that you have to strain to write. If you're expecting something with a lot of verses and prompts, it's not really like that. There are verses and there are prompts, but its mostly space for revelations, prayers, answered prayers, and battle plans & the cherry on top, it's gorgeous. Beautiful cover, binding, and paper. No complaints at all!

What it has in it is very good and I did not expect it to be so small. In the movie when she gave one to her daughter it looked like a regular size book at least 4X6 or 5X7 - this is mini and I do not see how anyone can write in it!

I love this prayer journal. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the size of it. It is much to small for comfortable writing. But it has loads of great information to go along with the War Plan Bible Study I am doing right now and also Fervent by Priscilla Shirer that I am reading right now. I just wish it was bigger. It is only about the size of an index card and I would like to have had it about the size of most journals 5 x 7 probably?

I gave one of these to each of my 3 teen sons recently. I told them to write a little note to God every night before bed. They talk to God every night now. Tell Him their problems and pray for things... they keep them right by their bed. I feel it gives them some tangible accountability in their life. It makes me feel good that they are taking time to write to God every day. I'd HIGHLY recommend this. I'm sure the Lord enjoys reading the entries...

I love this little prayer book. I can record who and what I am praying for and when the Lord has answered my prayers. Great help in my spiritual life. I can easily fit it in to my pocketbook to take it to church. I record people on the sick list who are in need of prayer, and we all are. Make a difference in someone's life by growing your prayer life. You will not regret it.

I must not have read the description carefully enough....it's much smaller than I expected and not terribly easy to write that small. The contents are good.
