Locked position is different than any ratchet ever made.
The media could not be loaded. I love these straps. Besides one major flaw.Most straps to unlock them you press the release and fully open the ratchet to release tension.These are backwards. To release tension is fully closed. Every other strap our there full closed is locked down, so anyone helping you tie down would ultimately release tension if they didn't know better.I also like to keep my ratchets fully closed so nothing catches the handles, so having to keep these one click open bothers me.Retraction is also very weak.

Worked great twice, now they're in the trash
Heavy duty but the retraction feature just quit, I have 3 of them and they're all in the dumpster now. I did cut the hooks off to use on something else

Good quality for the price
Works great and functionality is fare. Could be a little heavier built.
