Is this a diet? Too good to be true. These recipes are mouth-watering, simple, and gratifying! I meant to write down just a few pages worth of recipes to try for my family, and I ended up writing down most of the pages! This great resource comes with colored pictures, a complete shopping list, and 4 weeks of meal plans. I loved the sauce and dessert sections, which used ample amounts of Greek yogurt, an ingredient I love. I have been looking for recipes for pesto and cabbage rolls since I have been able to grow basil and cabbage in my garden. Yum! This book is well worth keeping on your shelf as reference material for years to come as the recipes also offer additions and subtractions to vary them up.

Some cool recipes in this book, but not all of them work or taste great. The simplicity is there mostly but not impressed. Quality of paper is that of a coloring book from the 80s. Not an awful purchase but would not recommend it or buy it again.
