Cannot complain 1 bit. Clean my floors to the point I'm slipping on socks, and being able to both "sweep and mop" the house feels amazing. I unfortunately had the misfortune of he original battery no longer clipping to the Dry vacuum. Spoke with Tineco Customer service and they supplied me with a new entire battery. Now i have basically double the life.Even sent a Courtesy package of cleaning solution.Cons:- If you happen to clean lots of hair with the wet vacuum it can be pretty gross as it can tangle in the plastic square filter when tossing out the water. Other than that no issues- Dry vacuum has no way to stand on its own. The weight of the battery makes it top heavy resulting in it tipping over.- If you care for aesthetics, the grey areas on the Dry vacuum can get scuffed and marked pretty easy, no big deal for me but can be for other.- Not many solution options are available so not really many scents you can add. Reason being you cannot have it sud up like dish soap or else the sensors will be covered and the vacuum will give false readings.Pros:- Able to Dry vac/ wet Vac in half the time it would have taken me with a traditional broom and mop- Easy enough that everyone in the house can use it and even my grandmother with arm problems- Really powerful compared to my older Tineco A10 Dash- Charging is relatively fast, from 0% ill say it took about 1.5 hrs to reach full 100%- Customer service was *chef kiss* to say the least, they are awesome, responded fast, and provided me with a quick solutionI cannot say much on the dirt detection, for the most part the ring would be Blue. Ill say maybe at two points when using it it might have ramped up and half the ring went red for a moment.Just for testing reasons I through some soil on the floor, and it did ramp up to clean it confirming it works.However have no clue how sensitive it is.TL;DR: Need Dyson alternative then you got it here. Great customer service. No regrets on the purchase

We have laminate & stone floors in our home. For years I would vacuum and then mop the floors. I tried many different types of mops, but all fell short. It always seemed that I was just moving the dirt around on the floor, and I often ended up with streaks everywhere. So I started looking at vacuum mops, researching numerous manufacturers. After looking at a lot of reviews from all kinds of professional reviewers as well as user reviews here on Amazon, I finally settled on this Tineco, as it checks all the boxes. Very easy to clean, able to lean back to mop under beds, couches, and other furniture, very maneuverable, plenty of suction, doesn’t require their own cleaning solution although they do supply it, cleans itself and dries the roller in 5 minutes, great quality and durability, the battery lasts and also charges quickly, works very well and dries the floor almost immediately. It leaves the floors clean and sparkling, even if I’m only using water to clean. I love it! This vacuum mop rocks!

We're a busy household. This offers quick solutions that work. I had an older model with fewer features and liked it. Decided to replace it with this smart version and I'm so glad I did! Cleans properly. I'm able to do all main rooms on one charge and typically only need to empty tank once. Lightweight. My fav feature is the self cleaning mode.

I had high expectations for the Tineco Floor ONE S6, but unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:1. Small Water Tanks: Both the clean and dirty water tanks are too small. In "Power Wash" mode, the clean water runs out quickly—barely enough to clean half of a 1,000 sq. ft. floor.2. Disgusting Residue: When dust mixes with the dirty water, it creates a murky mess that can be quite off-putting to clean.3. Lack of Mop Air Drying: There is no built-in air-drying feature for the mop roller. If you don’t remove it and dry it manually after each use, it starts to smell unpleasant.4. Weak Battery Life: The battery doesn’t last long enough for larger spaces. For two floors totaling around 2,000 sq. ft., I had to charge the device twice and refill/dump the water tanks four times.5. Performance vs. Expectations: Given the premium price, I was hoping for a more seamless and efficient cleaning experience. Unfortunately, the limitations make it frustrating to use for bigger cleaning tasks.If you are willing to overlook these shortcomings, the device might still work for you. However, I personally struggle to recommend it confidently based on my experience.Edited on Oct 15 2024: Things Took a Turn for the WorseJust two days after posting my initial review, the machine decided to give out on one of its core features—the mop stopped rotating.In less than three weeks of owning it, my experience went from disappointing to infuriating. For a product at this price point, this kind of failure is unacceptable.
