The way to go
I have only just started reading this but I can tell already it is going to be extremely helpful. I have tried the sitting meditations during a silent retreat and I just fall asleep. This is all about moving whilst mindful and the author brings a huge amount of practical and academic experience to her exercises. My best book of the year so far :-)

This brilliant book is a must read for anyone who is interested in mindfulness, wants to understand the neuroscience behind it and to learn very simple, yet powerful mindfulness exercises that use the moving body as the main meditation tool.A lot of books have been written about mindfulness, but only very few of them are based on many years of rigorous scientific research and refinement. This book is one of those rare exceptions. It offers a unique approach to mindfulness training that is easy to follow and stick to for the long haul. I cannot recommend this book highly enough!
