Convenient to shut and carry
Nice size, easy to close, convenient to carry while it is wet and has reflective edge to make is noticeable when using in the dark. I had trouble opening the umbrella but thanks to excellent customer service which really cares and followed up from my first contact with them till I got the replacement umbrella and confirmed it’s receipt and that it was working to my satisfaction. I would recommend this seller to my friends and relatives.

Excellent Customer Service
The first umbrella I received had an issue with the button and would not pop up. Helpful tips, do not try to manually force the umbrella up, it will break. I contacted the customer service team and they were more than happy to send me a replacement in less than a week!

So far so good
Since my purchase about 2 months ago I have only needed to use the umbrella one time. From that usage my overall experience was good, but the one thing I noticed was that when you press the auto open button to open it, it seems to not open all the way, you have to push it open manually the remaining 2-3 inches to have it fully open. Not sure if this will cause problems in future with keeping it open or not but was just something I noticed.

Sturdy and Compact!
This umbrella is the perfect size for when you're on-the-go and are limited on space. It's sturdy and holds up in tough conditions. The handle is comfortable and the button to open/close works well. I really like the reflective material on the edges of the umbrella so that visibility isn't an issue at night.
