Cuts wood and nails...but nails will dull blade quickly
I had a tough time rating these. If wood is all you're typically going to cut, well, they'll practically last forever. But if you are also needing to cut through nails--which they easily do--you will plow through them somewhat quickly. But, having the ability to get into tiny spaces to cut nails away is a very big deal. SO, they really are excellent, but don't expect them to last as, say, a metal cutting blade on a saws-all.

Probably the most cost efficient way to buy these blades
Cutting wood, drywall, and cement board

Not very good on metal
I actually bought these by mistake. I should have bought just wood blades and metal blades separately. They cut through wood and plywood pretty well, and even zipped through a couple of framing nails. But after the third and fourth nail, they’re smoked, and won’t really cut through pine any more without smoking and taking three times as long. Not bad for nail free wood.

A Tool That is Meant To Be Used
Before I purchased my FEIN MULTIMASTER, owners noted that the blades wore out quickly. I found that to be true, but that is the nature of the beast. These "Wood + Metal" blades don't stand up very well to metal, especially the lathing you will find in old walls. I bought spare blades for my next project - I know there will be one.

Cuts well but wears out soon
These are very well made blades. There is nothing flimsy any where in the blade assembly nor int the Fein tool itself, but the cutting edge gets battered and dulled more quickly than I'd like on the blades that say they will cut nails. They will cut nails, small ones brads and staples easily probably not some of the the bigger ones and not bigger stainless steel nails. You cut nails with these at the price of going thru blades at a rate that makes the over all blade assemblies sturdiness seem like overkill. If the edge does not last long, what is the point of a battleship multipart blade assembly design that makes the blade more expensive? I would buy a simply cheaper blade that says it can cut nails if it works as well, or a Fein blade if when you do cut nails the blades lasted longer than they do. These are they are an expensive and seemingly wasteful way to cut nails. Use them on box or common nails as your cutter of last resort. Your wallet will be fatter for it.

They work
Not much to say here except that the blades work just like they are supposed to work.

Fein Makes good stuff
I've been using these blades at work for years and I love them. They can extra deep compared to regular blades, and the way the end of the blade is shaped, allows for more types of cutting. I only buy this style of blade. Unfortunately, I think that they are over priced, but I can't find anyone else that makes this type of blade with the star attachment. You have to pay for the name.

False advertising
They advertise a different blade in the first photo. The one I thought I was buying has a much longer cut length. Second photo is of actual product but I only looked at the cover photo when purchasing. Beware that you will not get the correct product displayed in the first photo.
