These pants fit great wrt the waist and inseam length. The pants are very lightweight. I like the nylon material vs polyester since it seems to breathe and is more comfortable. The problem I normally encounter with the zippered legs is that the pants legs are comfortable when the bottoms are attached, but once the bottoms are removed the upper portion of the zipper is annoying and scratches my legs. Unfortunately, this was initially true with these pants because the hard plastic zipper backing had sharp edges near the beginning of the zipper run. On both legs. Seems no one checked that when it was made. I took a pair of scissors and trimmed the sharp edges off of the hard plastic zipper backing. After about three iterations of trimming I got it to where the shorts are comfortable and I don't feel any scratching from the zipper or the hard plastic backing. So all is good now and they are very comfortable. For washability, I machine wash them on delicate and air dry them. They should last a long time. The waist is stretchy so a belt is needed, especially if you keep a phone, wallet, water bottle, snacks, etc. in the hip pockets and cargo pockets. Note that the pockets that are velcro'd have a single velcro patch that is easy to deal with, and much better than the dual velcro flaps on some cargo pants. I would have preferred buttons on the flaps, but this is not bad. Note that although there are a lot of mostly functional pockets, the pockets are not deep and you will need to use the zipper or velcro to keep some larger size stuff secure. Overall a good value for this pair of zipper leg pants.

I ordered these pants for my husband and he absolutely loves them for work. So much that he has them in three different colors. They are very comfortable and stretchy and fit true to size. My husband is 5’9” and wears a 38x32 in normal pants/jeans, we ordered the 38 and it fits him perfectly. The material is pretty lightweight, my husband works construction and they’re perfect for warm weather. If he has to work in the rain, he doesn’t feel soaked so they do a decent job at repelling the rain. We wash them like normal in our washer machine and dryer and with him working in construction they come out very clean without any shrinkage. All the pockets are a huge plus too, there’s literally one for everything.

Wear and fit nice

These pants aren’t good pants at all. The durability of the pants are bad, they are made from the thinnest “track suit” material they could find. The side pockets of the pants are great sized I can fit my pro max in them perfectly with a bulky case on it. BUT!!! The front and back pockets are made for men with little hands, I struggled to put my hands in both sets. The pants ARE NOT stretchy or flexible in any way. My wife says when I tuck my shirt in I have an old man butt in these pants so they are not flattering at all! They aren’t comfortable at all because of tight the fit around your legs and calves even though the waste fits perfectly. Value is trash I’m so mad I bought these pants, now I have to return them and buy more for work. The pants kind of remind me of nursing pants but way thinner!

Update: After getting the updated version I have to say I'm pretty impressed! every aspect of these pants has been improved and I can immediately see and feel the difference. So far they have held up to basic yard work, they withstood 2 weeks of hiking around Colorado (in June), and they also survived the dreaded washing machine. For 24.99, these are great active pants but are probably not best for cold weather activities.Only thing I wish there was is more padding in the knees. I'm going from 2 stars to 5 due to the massive improvement in quality, and the parachute leg version ($29.99) is really nice and is easy to zip back together.--Original review--I got two pairs of these pants back in Nov. when they were 14.99 and took two week to be shipped non Prime item... with that being said one pair has held up better then the other so far with losing its front button in the wash (2nd wash it went through mind you) and many seams in the pockets opening up after its first wash.I cant speak to much on the 2nd pair as I've only worn them once doing light yard work (the reason I bought them) and have gone through only one wash but so far they are holding up...In the end I'm wondering if the new more expensive model are better as I do like these pants for yard work; they are thin and dry quick, lots of usable pockets and the fit (size 30, male 135lbs) is nice on me. 14.99 was a good price but considering my first pairs struggle to stay together, I'm hoping the bump in price means a bump in quality as well. I'll report back!

They seem a little long and pant cuffs are snug. They are definitely lightweight and cool. I ordered two more pants but the delivery dates are week or more out. Amazon delivery definitely is sucking.

I bought two pairs of these for a vacation to Puerto Rico and they stood up an active trip of hiking and beach going while I was there for nearly two weeks. I went in the summer, so I admittedly zipped off the bottoms fairly quickly but have since worn them while doing active things and can attest that they're just generally great active pants. It's worth noting that a lot of 'active' or 'hiking' pants for some reason have small-sized belt loops and these do not, so you could wear these even with a standard sized belt or even a belt buckle with no issue.I will say that (like more or less any) pant of this material, it's definitely a warm weather sort of thing, so don't expect to wear these as wind pants or to hike in the snow. But they breathe well, dry quick, and even when it's 100+ outside managed to keep me feeling cool. 10/10 would order these again.
