I am very happy with Cooking with Your Instant Pot Mini cookbook!
This book is the Official Instant Pot Cookbook. It is for the Mini, 3 qt Instapot. The instructions are simple and laid out in numbered step-by-step instructions in separate paragraphs, which makes it easy to follow. The ingredients are in a pink colored box, beside the instructions, making it easy to read. They usually are common ingredients that can be found in most cook's pantry, though not in every case. However, if not, they are readily available at the local grocery store.I am looking forward to trying many of these recipes! (I just received this book yesterday.) I will let you all know how I do!

Glad there's a cookbook for the mini IP!
Got this today and made the Beef & Potato Stew. Other than a little too salty (for my taste) it was beautiful and delicious! Some of the juices did overflow (but not too much). The two reasons i didn't give this book 5 stars are (1) very few pictures and (2) I couldn't find a list of the book's recipes online before I bought it. Nice pictures and nice explanations
I have had a larger instant pot for a while, but I learned some good things in this book and will have more yummy things to try.

Perfect product. I've only had this a few days and everything has been cooked to perfection. Very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Somewhat Disappointing
When the Instant Pot mini went on sale I snapped one up because I used to cook for a family of seven, but now am cooking just for me most of the time. I put my 8 quart in storage and my 6 quart on a shelf for occasional use and was excited for this cute little IP for myself. Doing a google search for recipes, I saw that bloggers were not all on the same page: some said go ahead and cut your 6 quart recipes in half but just as many said no that won't work as cooking times would be different. I saw this cookbook made just for mini recipes and decided to check it out. It is a nice little book with some pictures which are strangely all put together in the middle of the book. Some of the recipes look useful to me and others I will never try, which is pretty typical for any cookbook I believe. My issue is the recipes themselves. Nearly all of them are for 4 servings. I was hoping for 2 servings, more realistic for one person. Also, these recipes are definitely not for people watching their weight. The desserts I understand, but most of the recipes call for butter, olive oil, cream, cream cheese, whole milk, coconut milk, sour cream, you get the idea. So if I want to try a lot of the recipes I will need to substitute ingredients for a more reasonable calorie count. The point of buying the book was so I wouldn't have to change the recipes. I will try a few recipes, mostly soups of which there is a good selection. I will for the most part go back to my collection of 6 quart recipes. I have plenty of them available.

For 3 Qt InstantPot Mini, Easy to follow recipes, Great directions
Being specifically for the 3 Qt "InstantPot Mini", "Authorized by InstantPot", I find it perfect for me as a beginner (late to InstantPot use). I don't really know yet, but based on ingredients I'd say recipes typically yield 2 - 4 servings, perfect for me. Some for today, maybe some for the freezer. It has 5 - 6 pages of tips which help success and safety, and summarize basic use. Recipes are sectioned by food type (see photos). Recipes have about 6 - 9 ingredients to 15 - 16 or so, but all are common grocery store items and include items such as salt and pepper versus a "Season to taste" comment so you don't need to buy lots of seldom used ingredients. Concise but complete instructions for each recipe, along with tips for some. Good index by food type / recipe.
