Defective Product, No Support
The device switches off within 5–7 seconds of use, even after being fully charged. This is clearly a battery or internal circuit defect, not a usage issue. The product is completely unusable. There is no warranty and no effective customer support from the brand. I contacted Amazon customer service as well, but since the seller offers no after-sales support, there was no resolution. Selling a malfunctioning personal care device without warranty or proper support is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to buy this product, as you may be left with a non-functional device and no help.
